UCSF Parnassus Campus
505 Parnassus Ave
It’s a real surprise to stroll past native plant gardens while on your way to visit the Phlebotomist. Although, it shouldn’t be much of a surprise when you consider that right up the hill from the hospital campus center is Sutro Stewards Native Plant Nursery.
Someone with a vision put a lot of care into the selection of native plants. Native plants were even used in containers and planters as well as garden beds. Anyway, when you go to the campus to get that thing checked out, don’t forget to check out the fascinating collection of Mother Nature’s finest flora.
